What is the difference between FREE and FEATURED listings?
FREE listings last for 30 days and appear in search results based on criteria set by the user’s filters. FEATURED listings also last for 30 days, but always appear at the top when the relevant criteria are met such as distance and category.
What does “Facebook Boost” mean?
“Facebook Boost” means we will also feature your listing on our Facebook Page, and your listing will be marketed on Facebook within a 50 mile radius of the location indicated in your listing for 2 days.
Do I need to include my phone number?
No. You do not need to include a phone number, but if you want people to call you, it’s best to put the phone number into the form where indicated in the ad listing so that it’s protected from plain view.
Do I need to include my address?
No. You do not need to include your exact address, but if you want to have your bike ad seen by local buyers, you should include your city or town or local landmark as your address.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through our Stripe payment processor.
How many pictures and videos can I upload?
You can include up to 12 photos and 3 videos per ad listing.
I’ve just submitted my ad, why don’t I see it?
All ads must be approved prior to publication. Typically this takes less than 10 minutes from the time your submit.
